According to the Times, it was expected that 30 work days would be lost over the three-year construction of the stadium, but 60 days’ worth of work has already been lost in two months. That will force the Rams to stay in the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum for the 2019 season, while the Chargers will continue to play home games at StubHub Center in Carson, Calif.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Thursday the Rams will seek such a waiver.
Maybe one day it will quit raining on Los Angeles’ parade.
